Clean, rake and prepare all planting beds, pots and planters as needed
Rototill beds to encourage air circulation, water penetration and to incorporate appropriate soil amendments including cow manure, peat moss and starter fertilizer
Rake, re-grade beds and sharpen contours of all disturbed existing edges, for a clean appearance
Deliver, design and install selected annual flowers to specified planting beds, pots and planters
Remove and dispose of all debris
